  • Is this event only 21 and up?
    The event is geared towards an adult crowd, but kids are welcome to attend. You must be 21 or older and have a valid form of identification to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages. Kids 15 and under are free. Attendees aged 16-20 need a "Designated Driver" ticket to attend.
  • What kind of Food and Beverages are available?
    BEVERAGES: We'll have a variety of German beer, Oktoberfest-inspired craft beers, as well as a handful of wine, spiked seltzer, and craft cocktail options. Water and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase from our participating food vendors. FOOD: We've got a couple of great food vendors selling German fare at the event. We'll have Bratwurst, Sausages, Soft Pretzels, Schnitzel, German Potato Salad, and more available for purchase. Pricing will range from $6-$12 depending on the vendor/item. Vendors TBA
  • How do I get there & where do I park?
    Oktoberfest Atlanta 2022 will be held at Historic Fourth Ward Skateparkark, located on the Atlanta BeltLine Eastside trail Historic Fourth Ward Skatepark Address: 830 Willoughby Way NE, Atlanta, GA 30312 We encourage festival goers to ride MARTA, take Lyft, Uber or taxis! Parking is extremely limited around the festival site. There is no parking at the park, and space is extremely limited in the surrounding neighborhoods. Riding your bike to Oktoberfest? We will have bike rack located near North Avenue & N. Angiers. Taking the BeltLine to Oktoberfest? You will exit the Beltline just south of the Ponce City Market trail at exit, labeled as the Gateway Trail. Check out the full trail map here for the Eastside BeltLine Trail DO NOT drink and drive!! Lyft & Taxis are also encouraged for getting you safely to & from the festival. You can also get home safely by having Designated Driver Alternative drive your car home - Visit www.dd-alt.com or call (404) 713-1780. Paid Parking Lot is available at the Atlanta Medical Center, a 20 minute walk from the entrance of Oktoberfest Atlanta.
  • What items CAN and CAN I NOT bring with me?
    PERMITTED ITEMS: Personal soft backpack or bag (subject to search for prohibited items) Chairs Blankets Cameras Diabetics/Special Diet and infant food/beverages Umbrellas Pets (on leash at all times) PROHIBITED ITEMS: Outside Food or Beverages Outside Alcohol Tents Coolers or picnic baskets Illegal Drugs Illegal weapons of any kind Fireworks Glass
  • Can I bring my pet?
    Yes, with stipulations. The festival takes place in a public park, always pick up after your pet and use common sense as to whether bringing your dog would be appropriate. This is a large festival with thousands of people and is typically a hot day so bringing pets is allowed, but use discretion. Also please be aware that because of the nature of the event, there may be discarded food items around the event. All pets must be on a leash at all times in festival area.
  • How do I sign up for the Oktoberfest Contests?
    We've got a variety of Oktoberfest themed contests happening throughout the day. Please visit the Atlanta Sport and Social Club tent to sign up for the contests.   • What if I can't attend?
    We will miss you! The event is rain or shine, and there are no refunds for Oktoberfest Atlanta.
  • Smoking/Vaping?
    There is no smoking in City of Atlanta Public Parks.
